Taft began her broadcasting career with Fox Sports North after graduating from Boston University with a degree of broadcast journalism. Also, she covered sports. was involved in social media, and hosted numerous functions. Soon after, Fox Sports 1 hired Taft to join its News and Highlights department. Taft was a reporter for FS1 as a journalist covering a variety of notable awards. She reported these events from the ground. As of 2018, her claim to fame was when she was requested to serve as the moderator in the popular TV series Skip and Shannon Undisputed the post she holds to this day.
